By accessing our Website, requesting Services, or making any booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or Services.
1. Our Role as Agent
We act solely as a booking agent for independent third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies, and other providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, control, or provide any travel services directly. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable Supplier(s), which are incorporated herein by reference. You agree to comply with all Supplier terms, including cancellation policies, baggage rules, and fare restrictions.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any Supplier, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, lost baggage, service quality, or changes to itineraries.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Supplier(s). Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until your booking is fully paid and confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all travelers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking in our sole discretion.
Payments are processed in accordance with Supplier requirements and our payment policies. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Supplier’s terms or our separate cancellation policy. We may charge service fees for planning, changes, or other Services, which are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellations, changes, or refunds are governed by the applicable Supplier’s terms and conditions. Most travel arrangements are non-refundable or subject to substantial penalties. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes or cancellations requested by you may incur fees from us and/or the Supplier(s). We will use reasonable efforts to assist with changes but make no guarantees.
4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.), ensuring compliance with entry/exit requirements, and verifying health, safety, and security conditions at your destination. We provide general information only and are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation or travel advisories.
You assume all risks associated with travel, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, weather, or Supplier defaults.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services or any travel arrangements. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website/Services or any travel booked through us.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us for the relevant booking.
6. Intellectual Property and Website Use
All content on our Website is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse our Website, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, or interfering with its operation.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson Parish Louisiana.
